can very quickly step-in and provide a complete Wedding Day Coordination
Package to suit your needs ensuring all of your planning runs
very smoothly and any problem solving is dealt with very quickly.
This service provides you with peace of mind in knowing every
detail is being taken care of on your behalf.
We use the FREE initial consultation to
enable RSVP to ascertain all the necessary details of your Wedding
Day Plan. From this meeting a Wedding Day Itinerary will be
produced, if not already provided by you, this should include
all vendors, what they are supplying, contact names, contact
telephone numbers (business and mobile), arrival and departure
times etc.
All vendors will be contacted to announce
RSVP as their new point of contact and all their services will
be confirmed. A copy of the relevant section of the Wedding
Day itinerary will be forwarded to them for signing.
We will be at your disposal for three hours
before the beginning of your ceremony, coordinating through
the day until a time determined by you.
